Thanks to the generous support of hundreds of walkers, organizers, event planners and underwriters, WyoAIDS Walk 2010 has brought in more than $15,000 to date!
Funds were raised from walks in Laramie and Cheyenne, Drag Queen Bingo and the Spring Fling for AIDS Walk dance at Cloud 9. The 2010 efforts mark the walk\'s 9th year in Laramie and 2nd in Cheyenne.
This year\'s total bring our total funds raised to date to more than $135,000, which has helped Wyoming Citizens living with HIV/AIDS receive services that federal and state money can\'t cover. Funds are administered through the Laramie based non profit, Laramie Reproductive Health, and can be accessed through HIV/AIDS Case Managers across the state. Thanks to underwriting and volunteer efforts, almost every dollar raised through WyoAIDS Walk goes directly to client services.
